I now live overseas and am away from family so wanted to send a quick reminder to my brother that I was thinking of him on his birthday. Service was excellent as per usual, every email is customised nicely i.e noting previous orders, box was sent the same day even with add-ons included and shipping being free New Zealand wide (even to a rural area) made the process a breeze. No complaints, love this company and the service
