I ordered a little Smilebox Christmas surprise for a friend, but soon realised after delivery had been confirmed that the box had been stolen from my friend's postbox! Was so disappointed BUT after some investigation by Creghan @ smilebox the item was replaced without charge to me! I am so grateful! I feel they went above & beyond to investigate what happened, NZ post were absolutely able to confirm the item was delivered, & then to resend the box, well, it was very kind! Thankyou Smilebox!!
