I was impressed with the website as it was clear and easy to use. (I was referred by a close friend - Janine Dickey)
The options were great as I didn't need to spend a lot of money and just wanted to send someone a smile - really love the name Smile Box!!
The only downside was because it was over the holiday period, it was touch and go as to whether it arrived before the recipient was leaving the country but that can't be helped at this time of year.
I will definitly be using again and telling friends.

My smile box experience was great. I suddenly remembered an occasion I needed to acknowledge on Boxing Day, for delivery by 31st December. I checked several companies but Smile Box was the only one willing to deliver between Xmas and New Year. Easy process and good prices. Definitely recommend.
