Please note that some products cannot be shipped to Australia due to import restrictions, including alcohol, nuts, seeds and certain food items.
How long does delivery to Australia take?

Delivery to Australia is by Economy Tracked Delivery and typically takes 6–12 business days

from dispatch. All Australian deliveries include tracking, allowing you to follow your gift's

journey from New Zealand to its destination.
How are Australian orders delivered?

We ship Australian orders with NZ Post, who then hand the parcel over to Australia Post for final delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Australia Shipping Note: From 1 May, a temporary TCC (Temporary Cost Charge) will be

applied to shipping costs. This adjustment is due to increased carrier expenses and will be

reviewed regularly. We appreciate your understanding and will remove the charge as soon

as conditions allow.
