The Smile experience was great, and the box fabulous. HOWEVER, NZ Post are totally useless at delivering to a hospital. After two failed attempts to get this box delivered, (there is no parking, so they simply didn't deliver, even tho it said 'leave at reception'), I ended up getting the box delivered to me, the sender, and I delivered it myself this morning! So my recipient got the box, which they loved, but it was over a week late!
