Add extra smiles to your gift by including a printed Instax photo or selecting a gift voucher from major NZ stores.You can set an "open on" date if needed, or choose to make your SmileBox anonymous. We’ll take care of the rest.

If any item in the box is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. Please note that we do not include receipts with our gifts.

      Delivery is via NZ post and typically takes 1-3 business days from dispatch.  Keep in mind that rural delivery can take an extra 1-5 days. Dispatch is Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

      Same day dispatch for orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday. 

      Tracking details are sent directly to your inbox once dispatched.  Packages returned due to incorrect address details will be re-dispatched at the required shipping cost.

      FAQs

      Not a problem.  Simply fill in the Bulk order inquiry, or contact us at hello@smilebox.nz and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

      No, deliveries are done Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

      Unfortunately as we use a third party for delivery we can not guarantee a specific delivery date.  What we can do is put an “open on sticker” on the box with the specific date you would like it opened on.  This is an option on check out.

      Contact us as soon as you can and if we get your email before we dispatch your order we can change the address.  If not you will have to arrange a redirection through your shipping/tracking details which are sent to you.

      Get in touch with us with details of their requirements / allergies and we’ll see what we can do. Some Smile Boxes are Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.  They will have GF, DF or V in the description.
